German working group of Pancreasectomized persons, reports on Cililan’s Lipase Development Cilase in newsletter: “Good in-vivo efficacy – Members encouraged to participate in clinical study”.
Researchers in Bochum have succeeded in developing lipase from slipper animalcule, which can replace common preparations obtained from the pancreas of pigs. In the following article, the researchers at the University Hospital St. Josef, led by Prof. Waldemar Uhl, describe their development. At the same time, AdP members have the opportunity to use the new preparation in a clinical trial.
